CODEX Process Service is a process serving company. We are Certified under the Texas Supreme Court by the Texas Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC). We specialize in delivering legal documents regarding civil court cases in the State of Texas and nationwide.

Please note, we are not involved in the court case or any legal proceedings. Our role is solely to facilitate the delivery of these documents as a neutral third party.

Why did I receive this notice?

You or someone associated with this address has been identified as the recipient of an important and time-sensitive document. This could be related to legal, financial, or other official matters. We typically deliver court documents letting someone know they are involved in a civil court case.

What happens if I ignore this notice?

CODEX Process Service is a legitimate business, which is operated by Certified Texas Process Servers. We are governed and authorized by the Texas Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC).

If you call our office, we can provide you with the case number and you can look up the court case online to verify its authenticity.

Can you leave it at my door or can someone else accept it for me?

In most cases, the intended recipient must accept the delivery directly through personal service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us to discuss your situation.

What should I do if I’m not the intended recipient?

If you believe this notice was left in error, please call or text us to clarify the situation.

When you contact us, we will ask for your name and confirm your address to ensure we are speaking with the correct individual.
